Snap Ships™ Brand Protection Policy

Introduction:

At Snap Ships™ we take great pride in our brand and intellectual property. Our board games and toys are a reflection of our dedication to quality, creativity, and innovation. To ensure the protection of our brand and intellectual property rights, we have established this Brand Protection Policy.

MAP (Minimum Advertised Price).

No reseller of our products may advertise or promote products at a Net Advertised Price lower than the current MAP for any product (see chart below). Net Advertised Price shall mean the stated Price reduced by any discounts, coupons, frequent buyer, or other promotional programs or incentives.

Advertising

This Policy applies to all forms of advertising and promotion both online and offline in any and all media and on E-commerce sites. Website features including automatic price display, “Click-for-Price”, automated pricing , and other reseller-initiated communications constitute an Advertised Price under this Policy.

Counterfeit Products:

Snap Ships™ actively monitors the market for counterfeit or unauthorized reproductions of our toys and board games. We will take legal action against individuals or entities engaged in the production, distribution, or sale of counterfeit products. Consumers are encouraged to report any suspected counterfeit products to help@snapships.com for investigation.

Trademarks:

Snap Ships™ owns the trademarks associated with our board games, including but not limited to, Snap Ships™ and Build To Battle™. These trademarks are valuable assets and are protected by law. Only authorized personnel are permitted to use our trademarks in accordance with our branding guidelines. Unauthorized use of our trademarks, is strictly prohibited.

Copyrights:

All original artwork, designs, rules, and other creative elements of our board games are protected by copyright law. Reproducing, distributing, or displaying any copyrighted materials owned by Snap Ships™ without authorization is prohibited.

Enforcement:

Violations of this Brand Protection Policy may result in legal action, including but not limited to, cease and desist letters, litigation, and pursuit of damages. We reserve the right to pursue all available remedies under applicable laws to protect our brand and intellectual property rights.

Amendments:

Snap Ships™ reserves the right to amend or update this Brand Protection Policy as necessary to adapt to changes in the market or legal landscape.
